I started looking for new construction in mid 1995. Being in mortgage lending I have a good knowledge of what's available in the area. After careful consideration I chose to do business with Briody for 3 main reasons. 1. Location 2. Quality of construction and 3. Price. I have been in the home over 8 years and am very happy with the neighborhood and my particular home and floor plan. This home is a good place to live and it has been an excellent investment. If I need a new home I would work with Briody again, but for now I have a great place to live.

We moved into our new house on Jan 15th 2002. We are very happy with the quality of our home. We have had no problems in the almost two years we have lived here.
